Perfect hotel managed by ACCOMMODATING people. It was in a marvellous location easy walk to La Merced. It was located in a lovely area not far from the central park, and the restaurant, an interesting place for me. The pool was nice, the breakfast was great.

Our room at Casa Del Consulado was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with a colonial charm. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us with our ferry reservation and allowing a late check-out for our business meeting. This hotel is in a great location, just off the square. The central park is right next to it, making it convenient for exploring the town. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and attractive, with large showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. The complimentary breakfast offers several options and can be customized to your preferences. The pool is clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The WiFi can be unreliable at times, which can be frustrating for guests who rely on a strong and consistent internet connection.

The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel had plenty of seating areas and a nice pool to relax by. The location was safe and convenient, with the main square just a short walk away.
The hotel was way overpriced for what it offered. The breakfast options were limited and could have been improved.

Charming colonial hotel with tastefully decorated, spacious rooms. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral. Despite some noise issues mentioned in other reviews, my stay was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the pool area was a great place to relax with a drink. I would recommend this hotel for its charm and convenient location.

Great location, just a short walk to the historic district. The large rooms were beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom had a nice modern and updated shower. The breakfast was delicious and filling, with many options. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the helpful staff. The wifi worked well in the room and around the hotel.
There were some minor issues that affected our stay. The towels were not always properly replenished, and we had to ask for more on occasion.

The historic building was charming and full of character. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city and was just a short walk away from the main square.
The staff were not always attentive, and some requests were not followed through. The amenities in the room could have been better, and the hot water was not consistent.

We loved the peaceful pool and gardens, surrounded by lovely patios. The staff was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. When my husband fell ill, they quickly arranged for a doctor's visit and even had medicine delivered within 40 minutes. The food at the hotel's dinner was the best we had in Nicaragua. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and close to everything. The rooms were comfortable, with vaulted ceilings and nice beds. The staff helped us make a ferry reservation and allowed a late check-out for our convenience.
Nothing to mention.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, and the beds were comfy. The pool was a great way to cool off on a hot day. The staff was kind and helpful, always smiling and saying hello. The hotel was located in a safe and convenient area.
The lack of potable water was a huge inconvenience. We had to go out and buy our own water rather than having it provided in the room.

The spacious room and comfortable beds were a delight. Despite some small issues, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.
